Unfortunately, our house is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the building's structure, there are no fully accessible entrances or rooms available.
If you are unsure whether a stay is still possible for you, please contact us before booking. We will advise you honestly and transparently so that you can plan accordingly.
Yes, dogs are very welcome here.
We charge a cleaning fee of €20.00 per night for your four-legged companion. Please let us know when booking if you are traveling with a dog so we can prepare accordingly.
We are pleased to offer the following options:
• Baby cot (0-2 years): €10.00 per night
• Extra bed (3–6 years): €45.00 per night
• Extra bed for children aged 7 and over: €65.00 per night
Please note that extra beds are not available in all room categories. Our booking system will automatically display only suitable rooms. Our reception staff will also be happy to advise you personally to find the best solution for your stay.
There is a parking lot directly next to the hotel, secured by a barrier. The parking fee is €5.00 per night.
Three wallboxes for electric vehicles are also available in the parking lot. These are activated via reception. The charging costs will be calculated at check-out.
We are happy to change your bed linen daily upon request. We charge €10.00 per day for this service.
Please inform reception – we'll take care of everything else regarding your booking. We offer honest and transparent advice to help you plan effectively.
We are happy to provide bathrobes for a usage fee of €10.00 per piece.
Flip-flops are available for purchase at our reception for €2.00 per pair. Please just ask us.
Yes, we would be happy to issue you a voucher for our establishment.
Simply give us a call or send us an email – we will prepare the voucher individually according to your wishes.
Yes, we would be happy to do your laundry for you. We charge €10.00 per wash.
Your freshly laundered clothes will be returned to your room the following day. Please just let us know if you need them.
You can conveniently pay your bill by credit card, debit card or cash.
If you have any questions beforehand, we will be happy to help you.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in both houses.
You will find the access code in the guest information folder in your room.
No, both houses are managed centrally via the reception at the Hotel Schlossblick.
We will be happy to assist you personally there with check-in, questions, or requests.
Check-in is possible daily from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Should you arrive later, a late arrival is of course possible by prior arrangement. Please let us know in good time so that we can prepare everything for you.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.
Should you be planning an earlier departure or have any questions about the procedure, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, our building does not have an elevator.
The hotel spans the ground floor and two additional floors. Should you require assistance with your luggage or prefer a room on a specific floor, please let us know in advance – we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
